Wider Objective: Enhancing the employability of the NMAU graduates towards changing labour market demands
Specific Project Objectives: Human resources able to provide careers & employability services due to EU experience by August 2008. Career advising services introduced to university management practice by February 2009. Mechanisms for sustainable cooperation and interaction with employers elaborated by June 2009.
Activities envisaged within the project are suited to achievement of Specific Objectives through bringing of following outputs: UA staff acquainted with experience of EU universities in career support Framework of cooperation between NMAU and potential employers Career & Employability Centre (CEC) Web-based CEC service.
